Well, if THE bonehead is racing then you know where he will be. Better catch him before the races and he becomes a rolling road block - oh wait, that name is taken. If he isn't racing then I would think he would be hanging around Lee.
I can't speak for the others, however.
You know, we have known each other for almost seven years (thanks old AOL sprint car chat room) and since DJ is running your motors in his ASCS car, I would think you would be placing an ad here on tidbits. Hell, we could set up a deal where all your used motors for sale could be featured here too. But that is another story for another day.

HAHA, I wish I was racing. I only get to run with the Sooner guys when they come to OKC, due to not having an ASCS motor. I don't think Lee will be racing either. I'll probably be around Dan's trailer.

I will probably be in the stands but might get to the pit area on Saturday night and see all the new paint and fresh motors.
Kelly , I would assume you will be just about everywhere both nights?

I know this will break you guys hearts, but I am going to pass on spending a couple hundred bucks to go down there and see no passing, follow the leader racing. Kinda burned me out at the winternationals last year to see 35 laps total out of 2 classes of sprints.(and hardly any passing). I'll see you guys at OKC. Sorry poon.

I'm trying. I won't know for sure till saturday morning. Can't get fire in the motor. We ordered a new timing gear and it should be here friday. If we can get it to fire, everything else is pretty much ready.

Jones, I wasn't talking about Dallas. I was wondering about the OKC ASCS race.
Yeah JD I'll probably be wandering around at OKC gazing at the fresh paint jobs myself. Not sure about fresh engines though. The one Jason Johnson will be running has 10 shows on it and the one Wright will be using has 12 shows on it. Everybody else will have fresh bullets though. I'm betting that Gary and Jason will still be up front though...................lol

Well in that case, I'll be there. Might be a little intoxicated, but I'll be there.

Calling for rain this weekend.

If you follow some of the rain totals that the weathermen are saying, 4 to possible 6 inches by the weekend, then I dont know how much water the track can hold.
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands
in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he
stands at times of challenge and controversy."

Remember Lanny won't call a rain out until the pits are full and it's pouring down rain through the first A Feature. He don't care how much water is on the track, remember all the rearends the sprinters (to include ASCS guys) lost last year because the track was too heavy. He'll do whatever he can pull off to get those shows in this weekend. So everybody if you plan on going take your waders with you.
