The off-season tradition returns, and it's time to start making those plans to attend The Indy Circle Track Expo 9, Swap Meet * Trade Show * Auction, January 31, 2009 @ the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN!
[b][u]Auction Is Moved To BIGGER Building, Makes Room For More Vendors!!!!!!!![/u][/b]
[b][u]Just Over 40 New Spaces Become Available:[/u][/b]
With special thanks to the Indiana State Fairgrounds staff and Tom Wieck, we have been able to move the Racers Auction into an 18,000 Sq. Ft. building!! With that move, just over 40 new Vendor spaces have become available in the same building as the Racers Auction! The Racers Auction was scheduled to be in the Grand Hall (9,000 Sq. Ft.), and has now been moved over into the Pioneer Our Land Pavilion. Half of the building will house the Auction, while the other half will be filled with more of the great Vendors that you enjoy at our show!!! So far Tech One Race Cars, ButlerBuilt Seat Systems, J.D. Motorsports, Boyd Built Fabricators, Radio Head 2-Way Radios, R.K. Sales, Max Busz, Hurricane Mini Late Models, and Jack Gilbert are already starting to fill up the building!!! If you thought you missed out on being in the show as Vendor... Do Not Wait, these last remaining booths will go fast (Just over 20 remain)!!!! We re-opened the online store so you can reserve online!
Also, as was the case the last year, we will have some limited outdoor spots available in front of the building, which you can reserve online through our website.
Vendors from Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin (and oddly enough, 2 with the name Arizona, but they're not from there) , have once again filled the 67,000 Sq. ft. Champions Pavilion!
[b][u]Just FYI: We will be running a Dedicated Shuttle between the 2 buildings!!![/u][/b]

"Pre-consignments are starting to come in..sprint, mod and late models parts...should be a nice assortment when it comes sale day... Important to pre-consign for this AUCTION as we are limited to amount of numbers for a 1 day sale..
