The title says it all. The last I heard the man who did it last year was going to stop doing it. I hope I am wrong.

This is a yearly magazine, thus the reason it is called an Annual.
The 2008 edition had Jason Johnson on the cover. If you want one of the 2008 edition contact Doug Johnson at [email protected].
All the data has been gathered for the 2009 edition and it will be printed unless the cost is prohibitive. If not, you might find it on a web page. Stay tuned.
