The off-season tradition returns, and it's time to start making those plans to attend The Indy Circle Track Expo 9, Swap Meet * Trade Show * Auction, January 31, 2009 @ the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN!
VENDOR SPACE IS SOLD-OUT!!!!!!

As was the case the last year, we will have some limited outdoor spots available in front of the building, which you can reserve online through our website. ALSO!! We have 10, TRADE SHOW ONLY (new products/businesses), booth spaces available in the Grand Hall where our Racer's Auction will be held... Call us for details.
Vendors from Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin (and oddly enough, 2 with the name Arizona, but they're not from there) , have once again filled the 67,000 Sq. ft. Champions Pavilion!
Look for more detailed releases soon, but here is a (not so) brief overview of this year's show:
THE AUCTION
Tom reports that "the Auction is coming along nicely, and already has numerous consignments"!!!
We have had NUMEROUS requests to do the "complete" show by adding a "Racers Auction"! So after "experimenting" with the Last Ditch Auction back in 07', we thought it might be time to do the real thing! Not by us though, nope. We contacted, and are thrilled to have a real pro in the Race Auction business, Tom Wieck!!!! We acquired a second building (about 150 yards to the west from our bldg.), the Grand Hall, and will do a full blown Racers Auction that will start around 2:30-3pm. Also of note: The Auction is open to any and all who wish to consign, and for our vendors, there will be some "Last Ditch" consignment slots open for you as well!! Just in case you just don't want to take something back home !!! There is still time to put your racing item through the Auction, so be sure to contact Tom, asap!! BOB PIERCE RACE CARS MODIFIED ROW
Mod Row is full again!!
Another part (actually all day) of the day will be the return of the Bob Pierce Race Cars "Modified Row"! A whole row of nothing but Modified cars, stars, and parts! We want to thank Bob and Angie Pierce for helping make this happen, and hope all you Modified racers look forward to this as well!! Last year was the debut of "the row", which turned into 2 1/2 rows, and we have matched that again this year!! We are hoping that in conjunction with the Auction, that this will continue to get even bigger!
THE FEUD

Study-up on YOUR Racing Trivia!!! That's right, YOU will have a chance to team-up with one of our Celebrity Contestants, and walk out with some $$$, thanks to Indy Race Parts!!!
YOU can either stop by the Indy Race Parts, H.A.R.F., or Racin' W/D.O. booth's and register to be a participant! Then if YOUR name is drawn out of the hat, You will be playing the "Circle Track Feud"!!! That's right, YOU and your randomly picked Celeberity Contestant, will get up on stage and take on others in an elimination tournament of Racing Trivia! Indianapolis Motor Speedway Historian Donald Davidson, and www.openwheeltimes.com Kevin Eckert will be tossing out the questions, and the points, in this battle for "mental" supremacy!!
Our bastions of the buzzers will be: Dave Argabright, Steve Chassey, Tracy Hines, Bob Jenkins, Billy Puterbaugh Jr., Larry Rice, Jon Stanbrough, Steve "The Bopper" Stapp, and one more TBA!! So start eating that brain food (whatever that is), and get ready to be partnered up with one our racing greats for a shot at some $$!!
MICRO SPRINT MEETING III
If you race a Micro, you'll want to be at this meeting!
For the third year in a row The Indy Circle Track Expo will host the Micro Sprint Roundtable. Several area track promoters from Indiana, Illinois and Michigan have been invited to be on the panel this year, and we want to thank Dwayne McIntire for working so hard at putting this together this year! So if you have any interest in Micro Srint Racing please plan to attend. The meeting will be at 12 noon Indiana time in the upstairs meeting room B.
