I love the dude. He's always keeping things stirred up. I'd like to, however, point out an issue from all of his thoughts. If you think all these rules will save $$ you are mistaken. NASCAR is the King of rules, and I don't have to remind you about the quality of racing or the cost of racing in that series. Rules cost racers $$. You know it, I know it, and Cubed knows it also.
No cid restrictions, no fuel restrictions, no tire rules, and let's go racin' boyz!! Costs will lower and racing will be bada$$/ballzout!!

It doesn't cost anything to make someone run their wing at 20 degrees instead of 30. Buying wheel halves to make up narrower wheels would cost around $200 per wheel. If they went to a harder compound that lasted more than one night a team would make up the difference in one night. Doing away with the CID limit like the late models wouldn't matter if the first two rules were in effect, if they weren't it could end up being quite costly.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

I have said it once and I will say it again. If you want to make racing a LITTLE bit cheaper, do away with ALL engine cubic inch and fuel limits. Keep everything else the same, but put bricks on ALL four corners. When I say a brick, I'm talking a tire that makes a SC25 feel like a D10 thats been "soaked". It would not cost the teams ONE DIME, and you would INSTANTLY have passing and guys being more competitive without spending $50k on an engine.

Cubed..........restricting wing angle or any other performance enhancer will simply force teams to spend in another direction to find speed, horsepower, etc. In the end it'll just cost more $$ for the teams down the road. Open up the rules and letem' race!!
Hawk............unlimited cid and fuel precludes the need for tire rules.
Keep on keepin' on Cubed!!

No, because a locked down car still makes a freight train.

Restricted wing angles and hard tires just accentuate the need for traction control...............(the pimple on the a$$ of sprint car racing that nobody wants to deal with.) The high dollar teams will win out in the end.
Open up the cid, fuel and tire rules and you've solved the majority of cost issues. Nobody wants to, or will tech these cars anyway. With Cubed's rules package, before you know it...............we'll have a pre and post race inspection team/process like NAPCAR...............won't that be fun.

16 square foot top wing, 1600 pounds, no fuel/motor rule, small right rear wheel. Too many people making lots of money on parts that get replaced often to ever see rules like these that will make racing better.

I disagree, based on the logic of your statement. If teams could simply spend in another direction to find speed, horsepower, etc.. you can bet they would be doing it now.
