It's about that time for the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame to hand out their awards for the "Non Wing" category.
If you had to set the rankings for the best 15 wingless sprint car racers in the country, who would you pick? Rank from one (being the best) down to fifteen.
Add five "honorable mentions" to the top 15 (making a total of 20).
I am curious to see what everyone says.
