OSU fans will come up with some excuse or they will come back with "but we, but we."
Now then, the wait for tomorrow evening begins. Just as long as the mute button keeps working when Bush Jr. - I mean Mack Brown - talks.

yeah no shit i'm glad someone noticed.
wander what it took for Mack Brown to get to call and campaign during the OU game. not suprising really. you got Herbstreit mentioning the term "style points" throughout the entire game - as if OU and Texas were playing the same shitty teams this weekend. if playing a #12 on the road wasnt better than playing the #84 team at home. geez ----and even aside from that with the computers - texas is also hurt because Kansas beat Missouri.
and as far as the OU game - not even a very dirty and illegal chop block on the opposite side of the field from where the play was taking place - on Austin Box - got it done for OSU. that was some really dirty shit. the guy should be suspended....

It should have been 27 points if they would have given us the fumble.

There were some screw ups by the refs but both teams played a hell of a game. OU got some turnovers and a stop that put it out of reach. Way to go Sooners!! I just couldn't believe that they let Mack Brown on during OUR game. That was BS. You didn't see Bob Stoops on Thursday. That should show you that Mack is alot more nervous than Bob is.
COME ON POLLSTERS!!!

No excuses from me (a Cowboy Fan)...I was proud of the way they stood up until the 4th quarter. Money or no money from Boone Pickens what difference does that make? Not a huge Gundy fan either but he has turned the ball club around for sure. It was a great season for the Cowboys and I am very proud to be a Cowboy. GO POKES!!!!

Yea the final score was by twenty. Although, up untill the last four or five mins of the ball game the differance was three and it stayed pretty close to that margin for most of the game. The game gave the nation a good game to watch.
Ou has good players and they did get some breaks. Gresham's tip pass catch for one. OSU did make mistakes and OU made the best of them. With a team like OU you can not give up the ball that many times and hope to win. Osu does have a good ball team. They are returing the majority of the team next year. The entire OL will be back, expect for maybe one player he might go to draft. He is a projected top 15 pick. Robinson and Dez both will be back. The Defense should be a year older and better. We have two safety's that will be better than what we had this year. One of the safety's OU did recruit, if fact he decommited form OU to goto OSU. I know OU did not want him anyway or he was scared he would not get to play. That is what alot of OU fans say about any kid that does not goto school there.
I know I will get bashed and called names for being a fan of the Pokes which is fine.

I alway rooted for osu other then when they played ou. But not anymore after what they did to the ou fans making them buy a season pass just to see the game, that was just wrong. So screw osu.

You can always tell the 'real sooner' fans . lol. I am a cowboy fan, I hate the sooners, BUT unlike most OU fans I can admit when another team is good or better. Cowboys shut down the OU run in the first half, but that only let Bradford pick apart OSU secondary. Its funny to read about the score, that does not show how close the game really was, that was a great game, I was yelling pokes when they had the ball, and was hoping Bradford would have a bad throw when OU had the ball.
You wont hear no excuses from me, OSU played a great game with a few mistakes they needed to make a stand in the second half and it didn't happen, OU made the big plays when they needed to. That simple.
I dont have a good answer for the 3 way tie, but Texas got robbed, beats OU by 10 points and behind them in BCS, I know the Tech beat em and OU made Tech look a JV team but Texas still beat OU.But thats how it goes I cant and wont blame OU and looks like they are on their way to National Championship game.

Now Glen I used to be a fan of yours but now I my rethink that lol. I was watching the game with my mother-in-law who is an OSU grad. so I could not say too much by if the refs had not been bought by Pickens the score would have been in the 70's

I'm a POKES fan and the SOONERS just simply beat them....
It was a decent ballgame and I believe the better team did win but I also believe college football has got a huge black eye from all of this....
By no means am I a longhorns fan, heck, I really hate em but I believe that they were done wrong. Anyone who uses common sense would have to agree. Two very good football teams with identical records, that had played head to head on a neutral field. The winner of the head to head match up should have been awarded as such!!!
Its amazing to me some of the crap I heard on ESPN, I dont agree with letting Mack Brown try to score brownie points with pollsters during the game last night. The only way this will ever be settled is to have a playoff but we have the B.C.S(bull crap system) and so I'm happy for the sooners, sad for the longhorns, and pissed at the system!!!
The POKES were substantially improved this season and I hope that trend continues...
The BIG 12 SOUTH will be well represented in the bowl games this year and Im proud of all of them.
