Below is a copy of the e-mail I sent this morning. I have yet to get a response. If I do, I will post it.
To whom it may concern, I am seriously considering purchasing the $19.95 package for the World of Outlaws cybercast this weekend, but am concerned after last nights show. What happend, as many friends and family have voiced concern over not being able to access your web-page once the action starts. I had it for most of the night, but during the early caution in the A-main lost the video feed. My concern is this. IF I purchase this service, yet cannot watch it, what are my options? Can I recieve a refund? Or am I just plain out of luck. What can you tell me that will make me confident about this not happening again this weekend? Can your server handle the load? I think it is a great service, if done properly. I also thank you for it, but need to know that it will work correctly once I subscribe. I have a DSL hookup and one of the finest computers they make, so I know it isn't on my end. Please get back to me on the above issues. Thank you Lannie Nichols Watertown, SD

Good Luck--I have asked them this same question in the past and have not received and answer or an adjustment when I didn't get what I paid for. After several years at this you would think they would have it figured out, but last night seemed to be just like it was in the past.

I had to run to the store and buy a new microwave and wanted to check out dirtvision.com when I got home at 7:30. I've got an Athlon 64 3200+ 1 gig of ram on a fast DSL connection and a P4 3gig 512mb of ram on the lower level running Linux. It took me a half hour just to get on the dirtvision website and $19.95 on my visa is too much to pay for text chat like I read in another post.
Lanman, check out racetalklive.com for free Late Model racing from East Bay. I know it's not your thing but some of the Northern boys are kicking *ss down there tonight. Terry Casey Heat 1, Heat 4 Mars, Birky 2nd, Brady Smith wins Heat 5, Schlieper Heat 7.
By the way, I understand that the Mods are running with the Sprints at Volusia. How's my friend Dano Ostrander 21w doing? Dano is good friends with Craig and Troy Dollansky. How about the 00 of Steve Arpin? Just curious, I'm listening to a Late Model B Main right now because it's the only thing I can connect to. If you like the fenders the feed is loud and clear.

i have a year old dell 3 gig cpu 2 gig ram comcast cable connection wmp 10 set to buffer to the max latest java version and had to have my friends in the DV chat tell me what was going on because i got no sound or vid. i could not even get any of the player buttons to appear for the player on either page. but better than last night when i could not even get DV home page to load. i think it will be worse tomorrow cause even if people don't want vid they will log on for sound.
