Big Mike, "Aka Surfandsprint" is omnipresent at Ventura RaceWay. He is a terrific wruter who writes a column every week for the VRA fansite. Even if you were there for the race, you will experience the thrills and atmosphere of Ventura all over again. Being the Bard of Venture is not enough, he also takes dynamite pictures with the able assistance of The Buzzard and posts them. Wait a minute I'm not thru. Mike is also All Coast Construction. His logo is on many cars as a sponsor. Here's the dessert, Mike has put up serious dough for the $5000.00 to win 2008 race finale at Ventura on Nov. 15. So all you Ventura junkies like me, make sure you thank mike personally for all he does for Ventura on Nov. 15.

What he said... I happen to think that Mike (and I don't know the man) is one of the best motorsports journalist anywhere.
