Consensus, no one wants to post against anything that Lanny sees as against him. But most have agreed that the B U L L P E N needs a Matador with a Black Flag rather than a red cape.
All the Track Rules need to be posted in detail on the LS web site and consistently enforced. Not just the individual car rules. The rules must include a protest clause and allow for a contact person who's job it is to take the complaint from owners and drivers during the event and to lodge that protest with the Director of Competition and the Promoters for resolution.
The car unsuspectingly being spun out through no fault of his own should maintain his position on the restart. The guy who caused the spin ( If intentional or due to roughness) should go to the back on re-starts.
This would end the REWARD system now in place where the spunnee goes to the back and the spinner maintainers his new position on restart. This encourages rough driving. Bump and go has never been the way to race, but it has been accepted so long at LS it is traditional and therein lies the problem.
To quote everyone on here and in Lawton, "Lanny don 't care anyway", so dont be afraid to post what you all have been saying all day. He can.t barr everyone from the track, he wont have a car count and no fans in the stands if he retaliates. QUOT " it wont make a hill of beans difference" so post your thoughts.....who knows .......he may secretly read these things.
