If you are planning on going to the Devil's Bowl - I understand that the road from U.S. 80 to the Devil's Bowl via Lawson Rd. is really bad. I myself have not gone that way for a long time - but I've heard that it is really bad. An alternative route might be: Go South on I-635 to the Bruton Road/Cartwright Rd. exit (Exit # 3) and go East on Cartwright to Lawson Road (traffic light) and then North to the Devil's Bowl. ...or... if coming from the East on I-20 (or from the South or West) - Take I-20 to Lawson Rd. then North to the track. From what I understand this can bypass flat tires, if not more. See you either this Saturday for ASCS Sooner Region or Oct. 17th & 18th for the ASCoT show

We took that route in March... might want to secure add'l sponsorship with AFCO/Penske/Pro/Super/Carrera if you plan on going that way!

The construction is finally over on LBJ - I-635 ... as far as I know. They finally have the HOV lanes completed... but they are so stupid. Going North/West - there is no official exit for highway 75.
Oh, wait... it is still a mess between I-30 and highway 80 - but if you go on to Bruton/Cartwright - no problem.

OK, been a while since we went north on Lawson Rd. but now remember the last time and that's why we now go south out of the track.
