Brown County Speedway in Aberdeen, SD is having an open 360 sprint car race next Friday October 3rd. It will be ASCS type rules except that there is no tire rule. You can run any tire you want so you can burn up any tires laying around. It is $1200.00 to win and $200.00 to start. Any questions, call Chuck Swenson at 605-520-8000 or get a hold of Kevin Ingle in Huron. It will be exciting to be back in Aberdeen, the last time the sprint cars were there was back in the Wissota Sprint Car days. Hope to see a good turnout!

More info:
"Just talked to the guys, and they wanted me to post on
here that Watertown Ford and Chrysler is putting up an extra $600.00
towards a dash. The dash will include the top 6 cars in passing points
(ASCS passing point system to be used) and will pay $200, 150, 100, 75,
50, 25. Finishing order of dash will determine first 6 starting spots
for feature. You will draw for start position in a 10 lap heat, passing
point system will be used, we will plan on a 25 lap A main. We will
lock the top 16 cars in passing points to the A-main and everyone else
will run a B-main if needed. They are trying to get some more money
towards a "hard charger" award, along with a possible bonus for anyone
that can sweep the night. As I hear things, I will try to keep you
posted. Please spread the word to any racers that may not know about
this race, as they would like to get as many cars as possible on such
short notice to perhaps do this again a couple times next year, along
with the fact that the Aberdeen fair board has said there will be no
more sprint-car races up there if they cant pull at least 18 cars.
Thanks in advance"
