The previous poster gave you the right answer about where to find the results. Type Flemington in for the speedway and make sure to adjust the starting date on the database before searching. The results are there.

When you first go into that site you have to tinker a bit.

Just remember you are asking a computer so you have to ask precise questions.

Lap leader: Sammy Swindell 1-25.

Swindell and S. Kinser race side-by-side down the front stretch, through turns 1-2 and only until the back stretch will Sammy take the advantage. Sammy would quickly open about a two second lead by the end as Kauffman and Wolfgang would take Kinser for the second and third spots, but Sammy was well in control of the event. Wolfgang seemingly had the runner-up locked down only to run out of fuel on the last lap. Wolfgang would jerk the car out of gear to coast across the line over revving the engine leaving Crew Chief, Gary ‘Duece” Turrill to change engines for the second time on this evening to ready the car for the next event. Kauffman ran out of fuel around lap twenty-two running solidly in the 3rd spot and the yellow is out when he finally rolls to a stop in turn 4. Blaney was running in the 5th spot for most of the night and would move around Kinser, the slowing Wolfgang and Pauch. Pauch had started mid-pack and had raced into the 4th spot ahead of Kerr during the race fading at the end. Pauch is the all time Feature winning leader at Flemington with 103 victories. A total of three cautions slowed the Feature and each restart, Sammy was not seriously challenged. Defending WoO Champion, Davis would suffer from a tough night-he was off the pace in qualifications and was forced to run the B after his sixth place Heat run.

Sammy Swindell-“It’s kind of the same as the last time we came here, We won both times, there’s been a lot of changes-the track is different and the cars are different. Steve is one of the only guys around that can ace like that-I got awful close there a few times. I know I had to back off a few times and he did too. You might not see it, but we did. I was really trying not to get close enough to get together. It really didn’t feel right, We came in and made a change. I was trying to drive it one way and it was just not happy with it. We made another change and found out we were going in the exactly the opposite direction. So we went back the other way and it got better. We made changes before qualifying and the heats and it really felt good for the Feature.”
