Looking to buy a MINI STOCK for my son to run at Lawton, would like it to be race ready with a stock 2.3 motor, but would take a cheap rollor. This is something he wants to try so I dont want to spend much, and it dont need to be pretty, just wants to have some fun.

Thank You, Donnie Hanson

Carl Lewis is selling his mini-stock. Car is Race Ready and has won a couple of A-Features. He's got tons of spare parts, and wheels, and tires, for $2000. It's on the tulsa metro racing board.

JD he is 15 yrs old, 48miniRacer thanks for the info but I need something cheaper. I though I saw one for sale early in the year on tidbits I think he went by TBoutwell, but I think I am wrong with the name but he had one race ready for $ 1100.00 obo. He had a photo of the car and the number was 77 but I have not seen it back on here. That is about what I want to spend. Thanks keep the info coming and I will have a 15 year old stop wearing me out. And if I know he is in the garage working on it and not on the streets it will be money well spent.

If cost is your main concern, you may also need to think off all the other things you need besides a car. I can easily cost you another thousand dollars or more to responsibly suit your son up to go racing. Suit, gloves, shoes, helmet, underwear, neck roll...... all that adds up fast. The last helmet I bought was over $660 by it's self.

Not trying to discourage you by any means.......

It's not HOW fast you go, but how you GO fast.

Hey Hanson if you need shoes we might have some, I know I have some gloves, Neck Brace no problem. If you dont mind the suit being out dated but safe, E-mail me. Helmet we got those too, I'm tired of lookin at this stuff.
