My wife wants to go to Rutabaga Fest in Cumberland, but I'm holding my ground and am going to Rice Lake instead. Rutabaga Fest like most festivals is the same old, same old every year. Sprint car racing is complete opposite. Decision was easy! See everybody there.

One word we all know about...COMPROMISE. Since the race in Menomonie was cancelled I am being dragged along to Baga fest on Friday. Then we go racing Saturday. We're both happy, I don't get booted out and a good time will be had by all.
Is Scott Winters coming to Rice Lake again this year? Is Tatnell going to K-ville or RL?

I'm not sure about either driver but Brooke is too far out of the points to catch up and Rice Lake is only 75 miles from his home base. Seeing as they went to Arlington instead of Knoxville for that same reason (out of the points battle and much closer) I'd guess that we're going to see them. But I have been wrong before.
As far as Scott goes I know Kent likes to support the racing up in this area and Scott's name isn't showing up in the top 23 on the K'ville website. I wouldn't be surprised to see them because it's closer for the Winters' to RLS than K'ville.
But you know how it goes with racers. Even race organizers for big events will get a commitment from drivers stating that they'll definately be at an event and they decide to stay home or go somewhere else. Maybe the IRA will see this and comment as Steve usually has a good idea of who's coming.
