Highlights are now up at www.millsvideoproductions.com of the final two rounds of the Sprint Bandits "TNT" series from my favorite racetrack in the country, the Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.
Round 5 Highlights of the preliminary night of the "Ron Shuman Classic" at Lakeside are brought to you by www.bryanclauson.com. Thanks to Bryan for his support.
Round 6 Highlights of the final night of the "Ron Shuman Classic" are brought to you by Darren Hagen. Check out his site at www.darrenhagenracing.com
A two disc DVD set of the entire 6 race series is available for purchase at my site for the low price of just $40.00. Buy before September 15th and we pay the shipping.
Thanks goes out to Emmett Hahn, Tommie Estes, Jr., and Lonnie Wheatley for a great swing, as well as Kirk Spridgeon, Darren Hagen, and Bryan Clauson, who made great travel partners. And I wish to take this moment to thank High Vista Video's Jeff Converse for allowing me to cover the series in 2008. Enjoy...

Nice job Dean. Glad you were able to cover it since I couldn't make it out there.
I just gotta know, did the flying locusts attack you on the roof at Lakeside? I know they're big and scary looking.

Jeff,
It wasn't excessively hot, so for the most part, they were non-existent. There were times at Lakeside a few years back that I swear the bugs could have picked me up and carried me away, but this year wasn't so bad...
Doesn't matter...Lakeside is still THE best racetrack in the country in my opinion. Big, wide, fast, and racey...Best track I have ever been to. Never been disappointed by a race there.
