Word that 305 Racer, Mike Blomstrom broke more than just his car at the Jackson Nationals Sprint Preliminary and could probably use a "leg-up".
Anyone able to get/post contact info where we can send stuff to cheer him up?

Mike is in the Fairmont hopital . He'll be there until at least Tuesday, when he can go home for a week to 10 days until they do surgey to put rods in his leg. The hospitals phone number is 507-238-8100.

Mike got out of the hospital today. He's staying with his mom until he has surgey on Tuesday. If you want to send him a card the address is 900 3rd Ave Armstrong, Iowa 50514.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for.
Way too many drivers as of late getting maimed and worse, just make sure each one of them and families are taken care of.
So far this season, extended support to Frankie Heimbaugh, Lucas Wolfe, Kenny Jacobs, Jeff Shepard, Greg Weld's family and sadly Brian Hetrick's family. With Mike and Chuck being from the region certainly not getting lost in the shuffle either.
Doing what I can to keep the guys in your thoughts each day while they recover and heal but enough is enough and hopefully we end the season in a couple of months with no more bad vibes.

I would like to take a minute to thank everyone for all the calls and all the visitors at the hospital. It is nice to know how the racing community comes together in a time of need. This is what sets our sport apart from the rest. Thanks to the safety crew at the Jackson Speedway for being one of the best in the business.
I am at home resting up for another surgery on Tuesday but doing fine. Thanks again to all for your concern.
Mikey

Hi Mike,
Miss you at the track. Your never to busy racing to wave as I take your picture. (Not really)
Good luck with the surgery Tuesday. Your in our prayers tonight. Speedy recovery.
