Gossman and Garnett on front row with Gossman leading Garnett, D. Buntin, B. Cole and Gastineau at the start.....After working his way around a couple of cars, Gastineau aboard the Provost #29 sprinter, worked his way into the third position on lap three before the first caution fell one lap later when Dittman and K. Cobb got together in turns three and four and also collecting Owens....On the restart it was Gossman still followed by Garnett, Gastineau and tenth starting R. Sellers making a run on Gastineau and Garnett to take over the runner up position.....On lap six the caution would fall again when Emerson, Lambert, Decker and Waddell all got colleted together in turn one....The restart saw R. Sellers drive underneath Gossman entering turn one to take the lead before the caution would wave once again on lap eight when Gossman slid to a stop on top of the inside guardrail on the front stretch....On the final restart on lap eight it was R. Sellers (aboard the #5 Butler, Sr. sprinter), K. Butler, Gastineau, B. Cobb and Clevenger with Sellers quickly opening up a five car length lead....The leader entered lapped traffic on lap sixteen but there was no catching Sellers as he picked up his second victory of the year by ten car lengths over Butler....Gastineau settled for third with Clevenger having a strong run to the fourth position while Decker rounded out the top five.
