The August 9th USAC/CRA Sprint Car Race At Perris Auto Speedway Has Been Cancelled.
The Next USAC/CRA Show is August 16th at Santa Maria Speedway.

It figures. The month I can come home and hope to see some great racing they have to cancel a race! GRRRRRRRRRR!!!! I might just take a trip to Manzy so I can get my fill of methanol while I can!
I can't wait for Santa Maria. It's been 2 yrs. since I've been there.
I did get to see a great race at Hagerstown this year. What a fast and awesome track. Even went up to Williams Grove and watched the wings there. I was very impressed by the wing show and everyone knows I'm a big NON WING fan. There was actually passing! Something I haven't seen in a winged show that I've personally been to.
I've got to say one thing. Be greatful you have what you have in California. The weather and racing are great and I can't wait until I get to move back. I miss my non humid summers and the smog and the sea breeze. Only thing you get where I'm at is Humidity, thunder & lightning storms and tornado warnings. Yes, they do have tornado's in North Carolina!
I hope to see ya @ Santa Maria. I think I'm going to head to Victorville on 8/23/08 & watch some friends race and then go see some friends who live up there.
