ASCS motors and SFS super sprint motors are different.
Don't look for Michelle to be competing unless car owner Don Strawn shockingly allows the car to compete. If so it would only be the second or third time he has brought the car out for an ASCS event.
I don't think Chris Burns has an ASCS motor, if he don't I don't see him competing but could be wrong.
Maybe Bobby Springer or Brandon Jennings can confirm or deny Lee Jennings competing. Lee didn't compete in the last ASCS sooner region race held so doubt if he will against the ASCoT.
Don't think Strike Hill has an ASCS motor as he didn't compete in the last ASCS sooner region race at SFS either.
Joe Wood, Jr., am told, will only compete at SFS during speedweeks as the motor needs freshened after twenty events. There are still more Sooner region races left AND they are going to the Brodix Tournament of Champions at Knoxville later this month so that will make about 28 shows without refreshing. They are concentrating soley on the Sooner region championshp.
Just a little more "tidbits" of information.
And as always, while you may find the compete results here on tidbits Friday night from SFS, you can read the official stories and official news from the SFS event and all other things ASCS by their staff writer/PR man Lonnie Wheatley on their website.
