Kasson Speedway to host first visit by Jackpot Junction IMCA Sprint Car Tour KASSON, Minn. - The Jackpot Junction Tour makes its first-ever visit to Kasson Speedway for a Wednesday, July 2 show. National and Smiley's Racing Products state points, in addition to special series points, will be awarded for the IMCA KSE Sprint Cars. Pit gates open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5 p.m., hot laps are at 5:45 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and military, and $5 for kids 8-14; seven and under admitted free. Pit passes are $25 More information is available by calling 651 226-3706 The tour had originally been scheduled to open the 12th annual series at Kasson, but that April 27 event was an early casualty to inclement weather. Jay Rickert, Jason Tostenson and defending tour champion Jennifer Eriksen have won Jackpot events so far this season; Tostenson and Eriksen are tied for first in the current point standings. |

Weather looks good for the Wednesday night show.......... I hope that Scott has a nice fan turn out this is a neat track to run the sprints on,,,, the only thing that I would think that would be a cooler show might be a midget show there......

Usually the tour shows bring in about 20 cars, but being on a weekday, it could be less. You will get the regulars from Arlington and Redwood, and maybe guys like Chris Graf, John Greenwood, Troy Manteufel, and Nate Laugen. My guess is 17 cars.

Cool, it would be great to have a good car count, I hear Kasson would be a really fun sprint track.
What 305's will be there?
