I just wanted to let everyone know that reads this forum that Jim "Petey" Peterson passed away this week. The old timers will remember him as he raced Modifieds & Sprint cars from the mid 1950's thru the mid-late 1970's. He raced all over the region at tracks including Amery, Milltown, Stillwater, Cedar Lake, North Starr etc... I believe his last ride was in the Franklin #8 Sprint Car.
When i find out the details of the service, I will post it here. Jim Langel

The services are at Bradshaw funeral home in Stillwater on Thursday June 19. Visitation is 5 PM-7PM. Service is at 7 PM.
