There has been a lot of talk about bringin in the sport mods to okc next year , but there is already some talk about changing some of the rules , that is where the factory stock's went wrong . Just wantin everyones opinion on the cars
I would really like to see the sport mods because they have the same rules pretty much everywhere as long as you go by the sims rules and are really not that overpriced yet . Lately they have been puttin on some really good shows and good car counts
winners dont cry when they lose , they go back to the
drawing board and come back for round 2 !

E-Mod= standered Modified chassie
SportMod= GM metric frame Stock 4 link rear
The problem with the E-mods or B-mods is every track is different at OMS and Ada they are just as fast as the A-mods. At Meeker they run the Sims/southern Sportmod motor rules and the Sportmods and the E-mods are very competitive with each other
I think OKC should stay with the sportmod rules. The only thing I don't like is the 7.5 rear very week gears, axles, and housings could cost more than a Floater in the long run. But with Enid, Lawton, Ardmore, Meeker, Elk city, Devils Bowl, and many more running very close to the same rules we will have many more places to race.

Are you saying that the class would be added or that another would be dropped to make room for them? One class of mods is enough if your not gonna drop a class. JMO But whatever. As far as being able to travel to alot of different tracks goes, it probably won't be feasible to most guys. Gas is goin higher all the time still. Everything else is too. My pay is still the same though. How bout you guys? I'm quittin right there before I get all worked up.

JMO I think sportmod is the way to go.Your competition is close no crazy adjustments you have more places to go if you want to take out a loan and travel. You can go within 120 miles of OKC in any direction and race competative if you choose to travel.Plus the sportmod shows are getting bigger localy.JMO

One of the ways I heard the rumor was that the pro stocks were going to get dropped. I am sure everyone has heard a different version of the rumor.
IMO go sport mods and keep the rules the same between each track. Since everyone seems to be keeping the same opinion the rules at the fairgrounds are going to be so off the wall that Okc is the only place to run that style of rules.
