Darn there goes the rumor that mark brill has he's favorites. Sorry to hear you were running someone else's heads and got busted. I guess there is a lesson in this situation somewhere. I guess I'll bring my head by brill's shop and get them ok'd. Hoping to still get my car out there by end of june to give you guys some real competition. I can only wish. When are you guys going to be at SFS?

Well we are sorry to see Mr. Reed go! He is a good driver and he always races clean! Good Luck to you while you are away! We hope to see you back soon we enjoy the competition from a good clean driver! Good Luck!

Johnny you are a great driver and I enjoy racing against you because you raise the bar of compention. I won't have as much fun without you there each week trying how to figure out how to beat you! No matter what happened.... like we talked about after the race... "seat time" and the RIGHT set up has ALOT to do with going to the front. Good luck in the Pro Stocks and come back soon!

i know marks rules state what they state but i was at the meeting for the factory stock class at his shop and i believe he said that if it helps the life of the motor without bettering the performance it was ok. he had no problem with doing what u could to keep the car together. maybe that rule should be looked at a little more. also did he take all of Johnnys points away for the season or just that nights points?

Looking at the points, it appears that Johnny Reed Jr. AND Danny Drake Jr. have had all of their points stripped from them.

Johnny appreciates all the compliments, and yes we will be back out there, we will be at SFS Friday Night, all our season points have been taken away but we can make them up that's no problem, we have 4 sets of Vortec heads and we will be back, thanks again and we will see everyone soon, as everyone knows rules are rules and if we would have known about the heads, then we would not have run those heads, but it is our fault for not seeing under the valves, but for the next couple of weeks we will run Pro Stocks and if we really like it we might stay there, but cya's again soon, good luck to everyone....

We don't have any of ours for sale, and Jeff i told you i was tired of Mods well at least running them anyway lol, but i will get it out to the track sometime this year, just not sure when yet, plan on running it both places at SFS & Brill's, just for a little fun, i am just burned out on Mods right now and it cost so much money to keep both cars going, the Mod is the one that costs the most, but we will see ya Fri at SFS

That's what I wanted to hear! A true champion takes these deals in stride, realizes the track is always gonna have the final say, takes his "punishment" and moves on!! You guys are showing why you are champions.
Danny, when you run out of projects, Hannah wants a kid sprint and she's gonna need a good crew.
