aw BRR - you sound BITTER! lol.
as big a fan as you are of the free market - I bet you're a closet Clinton activist. and that probably ain't the only thing in the closet too. but anyhow - with all the good behind the scenes work Clinton does to help Bush with free trade in Colombia - I would have figured you a big fan.

3rdturn.. All of your posters are bougus in other words B.S. When was the last time an oil co.asked to build new refineries? in the 1970's?.. Most all refineries have been expanded, don't you watch cspan when congress had the big wigs from oil companies at a hearing.. The federal goverment offered them abandoned service bases for free to build a refinery, they refused saying there was no need for new refineries since most companies had already expanded there present refineries which some more than doubled in capacity.. Do you think oil wants nothing else than a tight market, there not stupid you know the less there is of something the higher the price they can get.. About speacil blends California never asked for a special blend they were forced on it by the EPA congress and the midwest farm lobby, Ca. had asked for a wavier when mtb was outlawed because Standard Oil said they had produced a formula that could take the place of it but the wavier was turned down.. I'll give you this one, California did close most of it's offshore drilling, but so did republican Jeb Bush of Florida.. You drive down hwy 101 and most on the wells in the land oil fields are idle except for every now and then they start up then shut down again, Why? the reason for that i don't know.. Also show me a link when Ca. last raised there gas tax?? Let's talk about Alaska, oil companies have held leases there for over 20 years that they were awarded by the state and not a well was drilled, the state of Alaska has threaten to break the leases if they did not drill.. I also know a few station independent owners because people in my family are involved with gas retailers, i asked them why the high price, response, greed from the top, not a word about democrats past history concerning fossil fuel.. Maybe congress should blame themselves for letting past company mergers during the Reagan years an letting big oil get rid of independent stations.. Oil companies have spot prices the more affuent an area the higher the price.. Just a few answers to your false B.S. posters.. I don't care about either the republican or demo parties, there both pretty much useless.. I'm a fiscal conservative but when parties spend there time argueing about, gays, abortion, flag burnings, prayer in schools or what should be in the pledge, steroids in sports and spend a whole year talking about all of that and dividing the country, yet when they do nothing about the major problems facing this country then we have a problem.. By the way look up (neocon Bush and his bunch) there certainly not conservative by any means except on the minor B.S. issues i mentioned above that cause divisiveness among the population.. I doubt that a donkey party person will become pres but bet your butt there is going to be alot more donkey's in the halls of congress thanks to Bush..

can you name one dem plan that has delivered RESULTS that meet your fiscal standards?
last time i checked, it was a democrat that named the internal combustion engine as man's worst enemy...and that d#ckhead's name was Al Gore, he named this enemy in his book whick has since been debunked.
it will be amusing to watch these liberal vermin SQUIRM as the Earth continues the cooling that began last year WHILE INDIA AND CHINA COME ONLINE WITH MILLIONS OF FIRST TIME CAR BUYERS EACH YEAR to steal the #1 demand for OIL and give the liberal skunks what they have been crying for for decades, $5 / gallon gas.
behaviour modification thru assinine mantras and one failed social experiment after another is what liberalism is all about.

I will stand by my B.S. post which in Iowegian means bogus… I laugh at the code words such is neocon, hope and change…..We got change when the dims took control of the senate and you can see just what that has done…. Now we are told we need hope. I agree we do need hope. Hope that that Osama guy doesn't get elected… If either of them get the nod in 4 years we'd be very happy the have the fuel prices, economy, unemployment etc that we have now..Socialism never has and never will work yet the dims try. It's all about the nanny state and them wanting us to give everything to them so they can give us more taxes, rotten health care and a life of cradle to grave reliance on the gov...

More name calling and zero fact from BRR. Gore really pisses off Republicans because he tells the truth. I don't hear your criticism of McCain, Giuliani or Arnold when they say the exact same thing as Gore about global warming and future energy concerns. Even Bush acknowledges it now. What has your side done to improve our country? Drag us into war? Run up 9 trillion of debt? Allow greedy corporate lobbyists to set the nations agenda?
All this arguing and no one has yet to mention the single root of almost all of our nation and the world's problems, it's called global overpopulation.

Gore? where has the fat bastard been hiding since he got b!tchslapped by the UK on that docu-drama?
ask his old boss what he thinks of fat boy...or his wife even...but then you might hear the real inside story.
and for the record, McCain is a Kennedy @sskisser.

Show me the quote where Al Gore said he invented the internet. In case you forgot we had a budget surplus when Clinton left office, a surplus that should have gone to paying down the debt. Instead we all got our $300 check, remember? Now this time we are getting $600, whoopee! But where is it coming from? A loan from China? Not evrybody is jealous of what we have. There are several countries that have a higher standard of living than we do. Most countries don't know or care what we have. They just want us to stop sticking our nose in all over the world.
nodust, first off we do drill in Alaska. Ever heard of the Alaska pipeline? About 3/4 of what we drill in the US doesn't go to us anyway., It goes on the world market to the highest bidder. What we have isn't enough to sustain our need for very long anyway. I agee we need to use our resources but we can't be foolish and just suck it dry because gas prices are high because when it's gone it's gone. The only way out of this is to develop an energy policy that strongly emphasizes renewable and alternative energys along with conservation. The experts predict that there is only about 50 years worth of oil left on the planet and with the drastic increase in consumption in China and India, it's probably less than that. BTW, it was your side that thought it would be a good idea to industrialize the 3rd world via "free trade" , and yes they got help from Bill Clinton. Drilling our way out is a very short term solution but that's typical from the right side. Developing the tar sands in Canada into usable oil is much more costly than drilling and would have a much worse impact on the environment. I agree and can't believe Canada would allow it.
Repubs are very good at name calling, gotta give you that.

it was a joke you fool.
no humor from a Bush conservative these days is there? Dude you keep defending reps by cuttin down dems - when EVERYONE else is not trying to build up the dems by rippin down the reps. Folks are just expressing their views at the audacity of folks that are not even fit to run a fruit stand in Sadr City.
funny how they have meetings on how to torture people. In reference to history for those who take interest in such. There was a man named Robes-Pierre int he French Revolution. People loved him. He'd send list after list of conspirators against the Revolution - basically what amounted to hit lists of folks he thought should try out his favorite toy - the Guillotine. After tens of thousands met their demise at this guy's fear mongoring behest - folks started to tire a bit of the fear mongoring. actually they got really sick of it. As folks started to press Robes-Pierre to stop his inquisition - he just got more and more paranoid - made more lists - chopped more heads. Finally everyone saw that the only way to shut this fear mongoring idiot up - was to introduce Mr. Robes-Pierre to the very symbol of the fear that he fed and profited by - the Guillotine.
In terms of fear mongoring - there are many interesting parallels between nuts like Robes-Pierre - and then folks like Bush, Cheney, our mdeia, especially fox news. Robes-Pierre profited off the fear that was already there - took it and ran the Tour de France with fear and the guillotine. This administration - with a huge ASSIST from the media - has done much the same. Robes-Pierre met his fate at the one instrument that he used to keep everyone afraid. Terrorism has been used as an excuse to pull all kinds of crap - the fear of it that existed after the 9/11 attacks has been given about 4,000 injections of steroids by those who can profit by that fear. So when these people meet on something like torture - maybe they should be the first to try it out and get back to us on how effective it is.
And oddly enough I see China using many of the same tactics our administration does. In an effort to make themselves a bit less oppressive - they are trying to justify beating up Tibet and the Uighar Muslims by saying they are planning terrorist attacks. I think it is funny how the Chinese call these other places terrorists - when terror is the very tactic they use to get anything done. The Chinese are the real terrorists - same with our administration. no suprise then that our King wants to be sure to attend the opening ceremonies (something no president has ever done before). I'm sure King Bush has retirement in mind when going there. same with Iraq and all its war contracts - it's his very own personal 401k.

Why do you reply to that idiot.. Can't you see the man is nearly suicidal.. He hates life and the world he lives in..The only thing that keeps him going is the PA. posse other than that there is nothing else. He lives in a state where the gov is a demo and is the most popular in PA. history, the state has a demo senator and a republican senator who is a maverick that does not follow the part line.. Just hope not to many more demo's get elected to congress otherwise that may drive him over the edge, and for sure if a demo gets elected prez that may be the last straw.. You know he really does believe Gore invented the internet, he can't differentiate a joke from reality.. So just ignore..

Figures, more name calling from the Right. IMO, Jimmy Carter is the last genuinely decent hearted and honest person we had in the white house. He did a pretty good job negotiating peace between Israel and Egypt. Why? Because he talked and listened to both sides. But we all know the Right doesn't want peace. They'd much rather have fear mongering and war profiteering.
Carter has also been a great ambassador since he left office, promoting and spreading democracy all over the globe much more effectively than with W.'s method of military force.

jimmie record on the middle east ended its positive streak decades ago. I think I remember someone getting shot and killed in a celebration parade over that peace deal...but who can be bothered with minute details like life and death?
the Jews have the old goat nailed down and it was funny as hell when THEY DENIED HIM SECURITY for his little Hamas hug party.
he did win a Nobel Peace Prize so he is right up there with Al Gore and Yassir Arafat among the latte liberals of the world. most recently he sided with Chavez on the fair election held down there in south sh!tsca, even the press had a different POV on that little coronation production.
but looking at the bright side, you are pleased with him...as is Hamas, Syria, Iran and maybe he will get a high 5 from Al Queda for this recent visit. with any luck Obama will stick with jimmie and maybe the honorable Rev. Jeremiah Wright and Farrakhan will join your coalition of malcontents.
you gotta love the vermin that agree with you...PRICELESS.

Yeah, the Reagan and Bush records in the middle east are far better than Carters. Hardly anyone got killed during their terms. In fact I believe a lasting peace is soon at hand thanks to their diplomacy. Iran is by far the biggest benefactor of our invasion of Iraq and also the biggest winners in the elections held in Iraq.

Man, this country doesn't need any enemies abroad, we all hate each other enough as it is. Neither one of these parties is headed in the right direction. Everyone is so polarized that they can't be rational. I'm sure both the liberal and conservatives will argue that they ARE rational, but it's a bunch of bull. This country is like a boat going down the river with no one steering. Both parties are busy pulling on the steering wheel, but neither cares where they are headed. It's going to suck when the boat hits the big rock in the middle of the river. The voice of reason can't be heard over the rantings from either side of the political cesspool we are currently wallowing in. Hell, the Posse versus the world debates are more logical than this crap.

555 days of captivity in Iran...then only time they EVER set free hostages due to an ELECTION IN USA!
and from the look of photographic evidence, the 5 ft. turban turd in charge of Iran was onew of the masterminds behind the Carter misery index.
could i pay you guys to get any dumber? it might be a marketable form of entertainment.
