12-15 Midgets (Dave Darland, Davey Ray & Bubba Altig) were some of the names I recognized.
20+ Legend's & Winged Karts on hand.
Should be very good racing tomorrow & Sunday as the track was really worked in after 3 10 lap session for each class.
I would strongly suggest wearing a dust mask and goggles as the fumes will get to you with in a half hour with all the fumes coming off the cars. I know that the Sandbox will address the ventilation in the future but unless you are use to the fumes it can be problem. Also dress warm, they leave a couple of the garage doors open for the Legend & Winged Karts that are pitted outside. If the fumes do get to bad for you there is limited viewing in the lobby through plexiglas windows which you can see the whole track from.

Again just my opinion!

Thanks for the info. Don't forget ear protection. Just got a scanner with (ear muffs) for races, does anyone know what frequency they will have? I have 1 ticket for Sat & Sun if anyone is interested. Someone couldn't make it. I hope to be there before 4pm look for the checkered hat or Phone # 920-344-2664.

The boys at Cedar Lake are addressing the issue this morning. They are getting some BIGGER fans to help suck the fumes out. I know that they will do whatever it takes to control the problem. Remember, it's the first time they tried this. I timed the midgets and the fastest car was Dave Darland @ 11.63 seconds. The Winged go carts #12X is not far behind with a 11.90 seconds. I don't remember timing the Legends cars. But I know they are slower.
