For the last 3 years, the Saturday of the Northern Ohio Sprint Car Show has been labeled HoserVille Ohio Day. It truly is an event now, plus an auction. From the live radio show, 50/50, auction, special Tim's Simulators race, and the selling of the old racing photos by David Steingass Photos, auction day has been replaced by event day. Just under $4400 total dollars were raised during the 5th annual HoserVille Ohio event, making this year's the biggest to date. A huge thanks to Fred Wolff, Jay Featheringill, Tim's Simulators, the Buckeye Speed Zone crew, and the rest of the auction crew and helpers for donating their time to with our great cause. Also, a huge thanks to all who donated items, bought items, helped setup, tear down, and to all who came out and helped pack the place, making it a true event. Without any of you, we could not keep this great cause a going for our racers and their families.
Plans are already in the works to keep improving the event from year to year. Many ideas are already in the works to keep the crowd more involved next year, keep the auction to a 2 hour event, and still have some fun. Look for announcements as things progress towards next years auction. Once again thanks to all who helped in some way, shape, or form!
