The USAC Western States sprints are essentially the same cars. Hopefully the cars left will move to that series and strengthen it.

Nice website, I especially liked the information regarding the Calistoga USAC/CRA show and the rest. I was looking for some CASA photos from last year? Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the kind words. I only took pics of the CASA events in 2004 -05 at Altamont Raceway in Tracy, and Champion Speedway in Carson City before it closed, and of late I've only been shooting dirt. I am planning on the USAC race in Roseville in April though, and a few other pavement shows. Let me know if there is a car/driver in particular that you are looking for, I'll be happy to help you out! Troy White

Thank you Troy for your response. I have no particular driver in mind I just hoped that I could see some photos of the great looking CASA sprinters. I will look forward to your pics of Roseville and maybe young Nick Rescino. I followed his dad years ago at San Jose Seedway. Anyway I am looking forward to the USAC/CRA race at Calistoga in August. Can't wait. I mentioned your website on SCRAFAN.com. Your efforts deserved a plug. Again keep up your great work. I for one appreciate your efforts.

Thanks for the encouraging words Bob. Here's a couple of shots of "Quick" Nick jr. at the now defunct Champion Speedway in Carson City Nv. in 2004, when he won the "Nevada State Championship", which was his first of two in a row ('04 - '05).
