World of Outlaw Sprints Return to Cedar Lake Speedway in 2007
January 2, 2007, New Richmond, WI. After a one-year absence, the World of Outlaw (WoO) sprint car series will return to Cedar Lake Speedway in 2007. A more fan-friendly date of Sunday, July 1st will see the return of the top Outlaw sprint car teams and drivers to Cedar Lake Speedway for an evening of high-speed action. Returning WoO drivers Steve Kinser, Danny Lasoski and Tim Kaeding will once again be battling Donny Schatz, Craig Dollansky, Terry McCarl, Joey Saldana, Jac Haudenschild and Brooke Tatnell among many others on the high-bank, 3/8 mile clay oval. "We are very excited to welcome the WoO sprint car series back to Cedar Lake," exclaimed Bob Kaufman. "This show will be much more fan-friendly with the new Sunday date and the return of all the outlaws to CLS." WoO sprint car series officials have announced 20 teams will be following the entire schedule in 2007.
