I was talking to a friend at work last week, he was talking to Birky the day before and he told him he has a car entered in the Chili Bowl this year!! It should be quite a change from the Late Models. Not sure who give him the car but hope he does well.

I noticed that the day that the Chili Bowl entry list was released. It's a Knepper entry driven in the past by another late model guy (Shannon Babb, broken arm) and sponsored at least in part by Rocket Chassis. He pushes off Friday in what looks to be the toughest night by a wide margin. I'm kinda surprised he didn't elect to run the Tuesday night show to gain some more laps.
It'll be interesting to see if he can make the adjustments like McCreadie or just flounders along like Bloomer, Eckert, etc.
