Brian Brown Partners With "SuperClean"!
(Bill W) January 28, 2008 – Brian Brown was "Super Good" in 2007. The 410 Knoxville Raceway track champion amassed five wins on his way to his first career title at the historic ½ mile oval. In 2008, Brian Brown will be "SuperClean" with the addition of SuperClean as his primary sponsor.
"We're extremely excited to be involved with someone like SuperClean!" says the Grain Valley, Missouri driver. "They've had ties with sprint car racing through the Knoxville Nationals, and it's just an awesome opportunity for us to be involved with a company like theirs. We look forward to a long relationship between SuperClean and our race team."
"Brian is someone who is going to work with us and for us, and that's what we are looking for in a driver," says Joel Quetschenbach, Director of Sales for SuperClean. "Brian understands it's not just about putting your name on his car; the goal is to create brand awareness to generate more customers and business for SuperClean. Things work both ways and Brian gets that. In talking with him, it made a lot of sense for us to be involved with his race team."
Joel says the requests for sponsorship from SuperClean have skyrocketed since they sponsored the Knoxville Nationals in 2006, but they saw something different in Brian. "Since we've sponsored the Nationals, we've had literally hundreds of requests for sponsorships from about every form of motorsports. We saw something different in Brian, he brought to the table the value that SuperClean is looking for in our partners. The fact that he's going to run a number of events with the 360 and 410 over a large area definitely was a factor as well. We're looking long term with this. As he grows and we grow, we can do it together."
"Our sponsors have been tremendous to us and they will continue to be, but this is kind of the missing link we've been looking for," says Brian. "I met Joel last year at the Knoxville Nationals, and we believe in a lot of the same things, and I think we can make a big splash together. If people haven't tried SuperClean, we can get them to the right retailers like O'Reilly, Wal-Mart or Auto Zone to try it."
