2008 Rule Changes to be Aware Of

If you're heading for Manzanita in February please be sure to take note of the rule changes that are in effect for the 2008 season listed here...
• Mufflers are mandatory for all 3 divisions at Manzanita.
• Rock Screens are mandatory for all 3 divisions.
• Drag Link straps are mandatory for all 3 divisions.
• Sprint Car Right Rear tires will be the Hoosier DT-3 or the F-55/Hard compounds.
• Roll Cage nets are not required for cars with approved full containment seats.
• All participants are encouraged to get their 2008 licenses before the Manzanita event to avoid long delays getting into the race track
• There will be an open practice for all divisions on Thursday night 2/14/2008. The cost will be $50 per car and $10 per person. Practice will be from 5pm to 9pm.
• Credentials for the "Copper on Dirt" will be sold during practice on Thursday from 5pm until 8pm in the infield.
