You've been reading our long-winded press releases for 4 months now, so we'll try to keep this one short, and to the point...

We hope to see everyone for this Saturday's The Hoosier Racers Swap Meet & Trade Show 8 January 26, 2008 @ the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Champions Pavilion!

The 67,000 Sq. Ft. buildng will be crammed with over 160 vendors in 368 booth spaces! A new record, thanks to the Fire Marshal allowing us to put in some extra booths! Another record was how fast those spots Sold-Out this year!! Thank you to our Vendors for that!!

Modified Row:
Among those many Vendors, we are excited about our new addition to the show, Bob Pierce Race Cars Modified Row, which by the way has now become more than 2 rows!! We want to thank you Modified guys for participating in our show this year!! With over 20% of the show space dedicated to both pavement and dirt Modified Racing, Modifed Row has exceeded expectations, and should become a staple at our show!!! Over 30 different vendors will be on hand with both new and used cars, parts, and accessories.. Plus tech advice, schedules, show cars, and access to some of the leading manufacturer's in the game! You can also register with the folks at Track Force Racing Supplies, makers of the Komet Chassis. These folks will be working towards a great cause and asking for donations to the Circles of Hope Foundation! With your donation, you will be entered in a drawing for a free Komet Chassis, along with ton of other awesome prizes now worth over a combined $5k!!!

While on the subject of Vendors, let's not forget the plethora of Sprint Car & Micro Sprint (info on Micro Sprint Roundtable below) New and Used Vendors!! Mini-Sprints and Karts, Midgets, Photgraphy, the latest in Safety Gear, Collectables, Tracks, Sanctioning Bodies, Tools, Engine Buildiers & Parts, Shocks, Sprint Simulators, Videos, Insurance Providers, the list goes on and on!! If it goes fast and turns left, it will be at this show... Probably more than once Smile Here's some other great "going's on":

The Storytellers Roundtable:
The Indy Race Parts, Racin' W/D.O. "Storytellers Roundtable", Presented by H.A.R.F.! And yes, we are aware that the title is so long, that it better be real good!! In fact, we thought it was so good, that we decided to cancel another roundtable (The Promoters Roundtable, as seen on a zillion flyers, has been canceled), so these guys could have more time to entertain you!! So why all the hype? Check-Out this line-up:* Dave Argabright, Duane "Pancho" Carter, Donald Davidson, Kevin Eckert, Johnny "Hot Rod" Heydenreich, Robin Miller, Kevin Olson, and Steve "The Bopper" Stapp!.. Plus a possible "walk on" or two??!! We moved the time up to 1:00 pm for the start of this one. You won't want to miss this one of a kind opportunity to catch this awesome group together, as D.O. leads them down the path of great tales and lore! Hope you enjoy! Check out "The Roundtable" page on our website (see below) for more information!

Happy Horsepower:
We have added a great seminar to the line-up for anyone trying to get the most out of your Engine and your Wallet! Dave Conn, owner and operator of J & D Performance Inc., and engine builder for the likes of: Original Outlaw Danny Smith, Modified star Paul Bumgardner, and non-wing heroes Tony Jones, Kent Christian, and Cory Kruseman, plus many others!! Will be holding a free seminar to help even the most grizzled veteran racer, get the most out of their engine!! For those on a budget, and who isn't, this seminar will help you keep your engine investment in tip top shape for as long as possible!! Tuning tricks! Weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance suggestions! Ignition and Fuel system tips! Valve Train and Cylinder Head maintenance, care, and replacement!! Plus a Question & Answer session!!! You won't want to miss this informative and most importantly, cost effective seminar, by one of the top Engine Builders in the business!! The "Happy Horsepower" seminar w/Dave Conn, will take place in the upstairs meeting room at approx. 11am. Don't miss out!!

2nd Annual Micro Sprint Roundtable:
This year the Micro Sprint Roundtable will again return to the Hoosier Racers Swap Meet & Trade Show, with a fantastic line-up! We want to thank Andy Emerick of www.maximumdirt.com for putting this together!! The line-up, which just recently had a small change is as follows: Chuck Kidwell, President of 600 Microsprints, USA will moderate. On the panel will be: Bryan Behning from Pittsfield Speedway Inc., Jim Wood from U.S. 24 Speedway, Norm Bailey and Dwayne McIntire from Miami County Speedway, Marlin Baker from Bakersfield Raceway, and Billy Rowlee from the Indiana Micro Sprint Series !! This will also take place in the upstairs meeting room, and should start at approx. 12noon!

O.K., this was still a long press release, but hey, we got a lot going on in a one day show... Perhaps we should look into making the show longer next year??? Mmmmmm??
