It's cool to see the Destefani's backing this deal. Bill "Tiger" Destefani is a six time Unlimited National Champion in the world's fastest motorsport (500 mph) , the Reno National Championship Air Races, aboard his highly modified P-51D Mustang, "Strega", and "The Flyin' Farmer" continues to be a force even today, pulling 4+ G's around the 8+ mile course, and he's in his 60's! Pretty incredible.............

I drove by on I-5 on Sunday. Looks like the facility is nearly completed but I couldn't tell from my vantage point whether the track had been paved yet. (I wish they'd leave it dirt but it would probably be sandy and abrasive like most other dirt tracks located in the desert).
