I hate a question I SHOULD KNOW the answer to. But I don't. I don't think Tony's got the luck to win 2 years in a row. JJ will cowboy his way out of the top 5 even though he could win it. Sammy could do it again(one last time). I would have said this 2 years ago but a guy named McCreadie came out of nowhere and surprised us all.

There's so much luck involved in the Chili Bowl it's really a crap shoot, but I think this may be Jerry Coons, Jr's year. The whole Wilke-Pak team seems to be on its game, and Coons had a shot last year until he happened to be outside a car that pushed him into the wall. Like I said, a crap shoot.

Cory Kruseman, Darland, and Stanbrough are all great. Man there's like 50-75 who have a shot - and I think about half those who have a big chance to win it.
Of course I'll be rootin for the Oklahoma drivers and also regional ascs drivers. Like to see Wayne Johnson, Brady Bacon, Crawford, and others do real well.
But there's just too many good midgets to even try to pick a winner. It'll be fun to watch - thats about all I care about. Swindell tops the list of the few I don't want to see win it. If he does well again he'll take a few out along the way...........

The Kruser is about a solid bet as it gets. Yes I would consider it one hell of a good start on the year if Wayne Johnson took the crown.

I would like to see our local boys take it. If not I think Jerry Coons Jr. has a good shot at it.
I used to letter his cars when I was out in Phoenix. He's a nice kid, and a pretty good driver.

I think right now Coons is probably the hottest driver. Boy, that really doesn't sound good, but you know what I mean.

As long as you don't try to tell me I'm hot, I'm ok with that.

Actually, we all know darned well who's gonna win the big prize. Look for two slightly older guys, one tall and skinny, the other one....not so much. They'll be singing something about the twelve days of Christmas.
