Topic: The DUNKINS, Who are they really?

So I hear a lot about the DUNKINS. Obviously they do a great job, well spoken of and Knoxville rarely has a bad surface. Even in Canada I know what they do but who are they? It would sound like it's a dad and some sons who live in ashack just along the turn one fence. They never leave the fair grounds, work 25 hrs a day the first 2 weeks of August and the three of them drive 18 pieces of equipment at the same time.
So who has some facts about the Knoxville track prep team, the Dunkin family and realistic related facts?
