If a World of Outlaws registered driver loses his ride (quits/gets fired), can he switch to a High Limit registered car?

Not sure, but I think the agreement is with the Car owner, therefore it would seem logical they could hire whoever they want to drive. This is only my assumption as I think it is an interesting question.

Of course they 'can', nothing can stop them from doing that. But if it breaks a contract a team signs, they lose the benefiots they can receive from that contract.
