I must have missed something.... why is Rico in the 14 instead of the 24?

Rico merged with Tony Stewart Racing over the offseason, with TSR leasing Rico's High Limit charter. Rico is running it as a tribute to Tony - the car is referred to as the "Rushville Rocket".
