What was the slur Liebig used about Larson?

I've watched it several times watching it live i though it was kinda dirty but not "driving through him" dirty. After watching it several times if Timms wouldn't have tried to turn down they wouldn't have touched.  Calling him that was dumb but spending that much time with his car owner as he does, dumb is gonna rub off. That guy is a loud mouth idiot.

I disagree that Larson pulled any sort of shit move. Timms needs to realize that when he races in the Big Boy sand box that they play for real. There is no slack that drivers owe you when racing for the lead. When others are faster than you, they do not owe it to you to wait a couple of laps to pass you. If the opporunity presents it's self any driver worth his salt will take it. That is why they call it racing. If you screwup and get slide, don't blame the slider, reguardless of who it is. Learn from it and move on. Have a long memory and when the shoe is on the other foot, draw from the experience .No need to whine about it.

Like, I can completely understand having differing opinions on how people are supposed to race, but statements like "Timms needs to realize that when he races in the Big Boy sand box that they play for real" is almost laughable. I think the guy understands the stakes pretty well given the success he's had since getting in the 10 car.

I can see the point of not giving slack and tried to make it apparent - what you're taking as good, hard racing I just disagree with - Larson's slider is so aggressive, Timms has no way to combat it. He's got two choices: either hammer it down and probably become a temporary NASA pilot in testing gravity, or literally what happened - lift and try to crossover, but still get hit. Which is why I still stick to my guns that it's a crappy move on the 57's behalf.

A racial slur should be rewaded with a heavy fine and a long suspension.  

Maybe larson knew he pulled a bad move and was going to apologize and own it until Mr. Mouth started talking crap to him. Then he was probably like f them guys. Yeah it wasn't the cleanest pass but it was far from the worst I have seen.

He called him a dirty chink and for all you arm chair quarter backs bagging on Larson for not being all apologetic and shit in victory lane, how would you act if a pos car owner came up to you and called you a racial slur when you were still strapped in your car ? Now that you know this, can you not understand why Kyle was less than apologetic ? I thought he handeled it pretty damn well, a whole lot better than I would have in my active racing days. Larson did not make contact on purpose, it was not intentional and Timms was making mistakes and did in fact come down as Kyle was sliding  him. To me it's nothing more than a racing deal that resulted in nothing more than a bent nose wing and is being blown way the F out of proportion. Personally if I would have witnessed Timm's pos car owner call Kyle or any other person of asian or oriental descent a dirty chink it would take every bit of self restraint to not knock that asshole the F out...

It was a bad slide job. I would have felt better about it, if he owned up that he made a bad move. Does he owe Timms and apology? Not at all. 

If I'm Timms, yes I'm upset. He was leading, and got taken out by the most talented sprint car driver we've seen. Stuff a mic in my face, shortly after, and yes, I'm likely to say some things that I wouldn't normally say. 

In no way, do I view Timms comments or him as a punk, but Larson is YOUR guy. I think Timms is doing alright in his career.

1.   Slider gone bad

2.  Timms couldn't have done anything to avoid contact--which is why it's a slider gone bad in sprint car racing

3.   After being called that while strapped in his car, I wouldn't apologize either.  I agree with highspeeddirt---was probably going to apologize for a crap move and after the verbal assault, was too pissed to do so. 

Agree � people forget Tlmms' midget career he was doing the same thing he was so pissed about happening to him. And his owner is a complete idiot,he showed his intelligence with the Reutzel rant.

Yes he is and I wish they would stop putting a microphone in his face he has shown us who he is. Larson handled it about as good as someone can.

1000% agree Shane Leibig is a loud mouth idiot that just loves to run his mouth. Says he's been around for 50 years but nobody ever heard of him till Ryan Timm's dad started throwing money at the deal.
