Whats everyone's thoughts on Sweet and Silva?
Could they be a better combination than Larson and Silva?

Quick answer: No. I would be very surprised if they were anywhere near the same level as Kyle and Silva. Let's see how things go when they hit a few shows with either HL or WoO present before we make any assessments. Winning NARC shows is not beating the guys Larson beat on a regular basis. Kyle and Silva hit their stride with Larson in his late-20's/early-30's. Brad is 40 now, and while still competitive, he's clearly not the same driver he was 5 years ago.

Reality is even Larson-Silva are not what they used to be. What they did in 2020 or around that time made a lot of other teams step up their game.

I think Kyle had something to prove back then. Seems like something happened back in April 2020.....uggh.
I think we can all attest to drivers and crew chiefs catching magic in a bottle for a season or two. Big win years by Kinser, Wolfgang, et al where they just dominate everywhere. Even a year like Brent Marks had a couple years ago when he took all that cash at Eldora. In the late model ranks, JD and the Rumley device were unbeatable most of the year. Awesome to watch (if you can appreciate the greatness) and to see who can beat them.
