Some good racing going on in Florida with ASCS. Why is there so much more passing than in a 410 race at the same track?

New surface from what I've read. We will see if that translates to the 410's. It hasn't been great in past years so hopefully the great 360 racing is a preview of whats to come...

Seems to me that 369 engines are extremely close in HP (maybe less engine builders) and they are all running wide open with very little lifting, where as the 410's have alittle more variation on HP which may also allow for some variation in gearing. I have no verification of this, just my opinion.

That feature Monday night was very good. While watching I thought to myself I need to watch more ascs instead of the WoO.

If 360 sprints put on that good of a show, lighter weight 410 cars with more horsepower should really put on a show.

I thought the same. On one of the races I was thinking it had more passes for the lead than a half dozen WoO or H-L races combined.
