Ohio. At least in it's heyday, because it was the original often imitated never duplicated and had the most variety of entries.

I hope it will return to it's former glory.

Followed closely by Indiana Sprintweek. That's whole nother' animal.

Being from the Hawkeye state I am impertial to say "Iowa Speed Week".360/410 Knoxville Nationals week

1. The who's who of Winged Sprintcar people are there.

2. The Racing and the Racing drama. (Yes there is ALWAYS some sort of drama)

3. The variety of eats... Lot's of good foods.

4. The Fans "Iowa Friendly" for the most part.

5. You get 1 day off from Racing just before the 410 Nats to just chill out, or not! (This is needed!)

5. The Track, Track surroundings and the Town is saturated with Sprintcar teams.

6. You have an option to watch a NASCAR race if you choose. (You might have to miss the finish if your going to the Cappy though)

7. If your a camper, The Campground atmosphere is 2nd to none in my opinion.Visiting with friends you've met 30 years ago and making a few more in the process

8. Accomodations - If you need it you can probably get it. (Theres even a Camper technicion that will come to your camper and fix anything from a broken light switch to possibly putting on a new awning or A/C unit),

Christmas in August for the Sprintcar fan. The only thing that sucks is the 355 day wait until the next one rolls around. Smile

well my input

the indiana sprint week is the best if you like bullring racing

the race at Terra Haute is Ok i don't think the stands aren't high enough to see all the track but still a good race

the rest are all bullring ....watching 410 sprints sliding to me is fun to watch

at Tri City the cars are actually sliding backwards in the turns and if the driver is good he can win

and the high banks of putnamville and bloomington are just a thrill to watch. Kokomo provides a lot of racing

and the pole sitter doesn't win all the time or most of the time.

So for me Indiana is the place to be

Hard to pick "the best", but Indiana Midget Week has 410 wingless sprint cars as the support class!

I've got it in my mind to hit all of PA speedweek in about 6 years after I retire. That's a bucket list item for me. I can't make a knowledgable arguement why it's so awesome. I haven't been there. The collecdtion of talent and tracks are what are drawing me to it. Added bonus, it's more than one week.
