I only read two paragraphs and quit reading. But how does giving a team who is already competitive enough to finish in the HL top 10, $450,000 make racing sustainable for those who race part time or on low budget teams?

NOT KNOCKING IT, just an honest question. So for those ten teams that is their point fund money for the next year or two correct? They are only racing for purse and bonus money and for the chance to get a better card the next time they are delt?

I read it again twice and don't have a clue. Seems like the rich get richer? Not sure how any of this helps an average sprint car team keep a car on the track.
