IT’S RACE WEEK! Texas World Dirt Track Championship Oct. 3-4! GREAT Weather Forecast!

The Dirt Track at Texas Motor Speedway has three great family-friendly weekends of racing scheduled for this fall, and this Friday and Saturday is the first of the three events: the Astound Business Solutions Texas World Dirt Track Championship, set for Oct. 3-4th at 7pm nightly. Modifieds will be racing for $4,000 to win and $800 to start (24th), while the Limited Modifieds and Factory Stocks will be gunning for a $2,000 winner’s share and pays down to $500 to start (24th).
If you're a race team that has yet to enter, or a fan that has yet to purchase tickets, not to worry, you can do so upon your arrival at the track on race night.

Race Fans: General Grandstand admission tickets are available on race night upon your arrival. If you are a race fan that took advantage of the recent O’Reilly Auto Parts “Buy One, Get One" promotion, make sure to bring your O’Reilly sales receipt from your ticket purchase and present it to the TMS Dirt Track ticket window to receive your event tickets. More about the TWDTC: Big money is up for grabs to Modified, Factory Stock and Limited Modified teams – the winners also collect coveted Cowboy Hats and Longhorn Skull Trophies. The Modifieds pay $4,000 to win and $800 to start (24th), with the Factory Stocks and Limited Modifieds each collecting $2,000 to win and $500 to start (24th).
