The beginning of the end.  They don't really like motorsports.

We usually have few issues but last night was bad. It will depend on your equipment but the best can't be good if it is coming from a place with poor internet.

As I said the last time this was brought up, all of my Flo issues went away when I received a new computer for Christmas. I would be in contact with a friend in OR and when I had an issue, he reported none.  I switched over from the All-Star race from Paragon as the feature at Port was starting.  Watched the feature and had no problems.  It is your equiptment or your provider gang.  Flo feed did freeze right at the start on the USAC Silver Crown race yesterday, and USAC is the main reason I got Flo, so yes I was upset, but it was fixed and there was an on the air appology when it came back on.  The days of me going to 90-100 races a year, thinking nothing of driving 3 to 5 hours one way for a race are over.  I saw Silver Crown, All-Star, Port Royal feature, Oswego supermod feture, and would have watched the IRA race if it was not rained out, and started to watch High Limit Sprints from CA before I went to bed.  During the down time (support classes I don't care for) I was able to finish another Civil War book.  Flo is the best thing going for me.  PS, Big college wrestling fan so Flo gets used during non racing season

As has been said hundreds of times, it's your internet service.  I had zero issues since I got my internet issue solved 2 weeks ago.  Before that, I couldn't watch it for 30 seconds straight.

IT"S YOUR INTERNET!!!!!!!   (no matter what your provider tries to shove down your throat about how great your service is)

Living in Central PA 410's and wrestling....flo is watched year round!

Also, I will once again jump on the bandwagon- it is all about the internet service. We do not have a single issue anymore now that we have cable fibers optics.

and I too can't rewind a live event on DIRTVision.  it shows I can go back about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes only and when I do that it will not come back on - just the spinning circle.

I will give them credit. They did get it fixed by the time the heat races started and it worked flawlessly the rest of the show.

When I try to rewind on Flo, it jumps back to the very beginning of the broadcast. No big deal. Flo is a great deal and I'm thankful to have it available.

I have fiber optic & all those functions work fine on Flo, can't rewind at all on DV

Flo has no tech support. You tell them your problem and they give a answer like change your password. I have done every thing they have asked and I still get kicked off during the broadcast.

I really don't  know who you go to.

Contact your internet provider, and don't take no for an answer.  If they won't solve your issue, research other providers options in your area.

I've stated this a few times as well.  When I first got Flo, I had no idea what to expect.  There was buffering to the point where I got ahold of Flo (only had to one time) They suggested a new Roku box.  That did the trick.  We have since gotten broadband fiber and have had no issues since.  Yes, folks, it is on YOUR end

Do a speed test to make sure you meet min. requirements from flo.

FloSports recommends a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps for viewing streams in Standard Definition. Here is what mine is and have no issues.

The issues with Port Royal were on the broadcast end, either flo or the track. In fact they had to stop the broadcast numerous times "we are experiencing technical duficulties". Yes a roku has worked great for me as well but flo has had their share of technical difficultues recently.

 DOWNLOAD Mbps
647.94
 UPLOAD Mbps
436.83

These are my speeds and I never get buffering on Flo anymore, however I do occasonally have audio problems.
I do still have problems with Dirt Vision at times and I know it's not my equipment.

The older I get the faster I was.
All of my hard lessons have been learned at the speed of
pain...

Just be aware, my download and upload speeds were always fantastic every time they diagnosed my issues.  My problem was intermittent interruptions----like split second interruptions from my provider every 30-120 seconds.  So, even though my speeds were always showing as fantastic, the slight interruptions of my signal were causing it to go out or buffer.  That's why I say don't let them tell you it's great because if you aren't able to get Flo and DV without a hiccup, you have an internet or equipment problem.  That doesn't mean there won't be an occasional technical difficulty, but they should go off 99% of the time without a hitch.  I have had NO issues since switching providers.  Nothing but troubles before I switched back.

The way I solved my issue?  My son-in-law works for a competing internet provider that is not available in our area.  He came over and ran a signal check.  Even though I had out of this world download and upload speeds, my service was dropping for split seconds, non-stop.

Did your son in law solve the problem?
