Buddy is a class act always thankful and humble. Tonight even starting up front He earned the win. It just shows everybody even with the best equiptment and crew cheifs can have an off night. I just knew Kyle and Rico would be coming but not last night. Macedo not a factor but Ruetzel and Macri and Day kept it interesting. Day is exciting and doesnt give an inch and wants to win. Hate to see any one wreck after making after putting on a good show. Great purse for a Tuesday night.

They are so touchy about the non-acknowledgement thing by the WoO over on X/twitter. It's actually kinda weird.

Really odd. I could see if the woo didn't acknowledge or hype the drivers when they come race with them but they absolutely do. What benefit does the WoO get by acknowledging High Limit? What benefit does High Limit get by talking about the Outlaws during their show and having to admit that a woo driver beat the series regulars last night?

I don't see what's odd about it at all - is it really surprising to people that the start-up series desperately trying to establish a brand and generate recognition aggressively trying to associate itself with the long-term, much more established counterpart?

It seems to me that one of the easiest and most efficient ways for HL to build itself as a true competitor to the Outlaws it to simply continue to state itself as such. On the other side of the coin, it won't surprise me one bit that the Outlaws will continue to ignore HL's existence - why would they ever give their biggest threat more exposure?

This has nothing to do with the competitiveness or comparing the two series - it's all a perception game, and as of right now, I think it's safe to say that WoO still has a much more known name to the casual fan. High Limit is capable of putting on tremendous shows and packing houses - last night should clearly show that, but if I had the choice to take the gate revenue night in/night out, I'm taking WoO without a thought, and it's not just because they have about 25 more dates.

I agree with you 100%---but to clarify, he was saying it was odd that everyone takes it so personally and acts like it's such a big deal.  I've long compared it to McDonald's not advertising Burger King's Whopper in their commercials.....why would they?

example of my point. WoO showcases HL drivers when they race with the WoO. Makes no sense to be like "oh this guy races with High Limit, our biggest rival...."

No it's just giving opinions which are mostly very stupid and childish. You don't contribute anything but the same old tired bullshit.
