First look at speed I thought rico did him dirty. Replay shows them both being squirrely down the straight. Madsen coming down and rico coming up. Racing deal.

No, Rico straight up forced his way in there, there's no other way to put it. Kerry was leading the race, running the same line every corner. Do you think Donny or any other driver known for their clean driving would do that? On lap what was it 10? Two thirds of the race to go and Rico feeds the leader a right rear. Rico used him up and it's not even debatable. Why would Rico use his whole victory lane interview apologizing and not even celebrate the same way? I think it's kind of funny, for his celebration, he stood on the very thing that won him the race, his right rear.

We will have none of that side by side racing. That is boring! He was side by side with Madsen on the front stretch before they went into turn one!

Abreau has been watching Sweet get away with it for the last two years. Someone needs to Hewitt Sweet in the nose and it'd clean up a lot of that garbage.

Now see that is where I am going to stop you right there and discredit your arguments from this topic. You seriously do not know what you are talking about. I will show you right here:
Now, if you look, Rico is at least 2 to 3 car lengths behind Kerry. As they went into turn 1, Kerry went low, like he had been every lap, and Rico went to the top. They were nowhere near side by side down the front stretch the lap before Rico's punt. Rico had a run coming off of turn 2 and pulled even with Kerry going into 3 as we all know. There obviously was not enough room for Rico to slide underneath, but Rico's run was too good and he couldnt bring himself to back out, like a smarter driver would have. He admits that himself. It is what it is. I'm pointing out that the people backing Rico, especially you strawser, saying it was a racing deal, are wrong.
It is ultimately unfortunate for the other cars collected in this by such a boneheaded, poorly executed move for the race lead 10 laps in.

You are clearly wrong. Your screenshot where you claim Rico and Kerry are side by side on the front stretch, is in fact showing both cars on the BACKSTRETCH entering turn 3. I seriously question your logic in all of your arguments. No one on this board ever agrees with you, ever.
It's nice to see your level of maturity though by calling me an idiot. Totally warranted since you know I attacked you first.....

Sometimes we seriously overestimate driver awareness of exactly what is happening every millisecond when they are traveling 200 feet per second, all wrapped up like a cocoon in the cockpit, restricted peripheral vision, heart beating 200 beats per minute....

I know bud i raced for almost 20 years . The average fan or any fan doesnt realize visability restrictions with helmet, tearoffs, mud in your face, dust in the air. Rico is not a dirty driver but he made a huge bonehead move he watched Madsen run low consistantly for multiple laps. The picture with rico almost beside him i can tell you the madsen cannot see him. The bottom is Madsens line he is the leader and had been running that line. I was just making a funny because of what brad did to j mac last year, hence the " High Limit Body Slam" . ( Only to be used on Australians) ���

Exactly....Rico sat and watched Kerry on the bottom every lap as Kerry chased Austin down and passed him for the lead. Rico caught up to Kerry and (not side by side on the front stretch) had a big run on Kerry and pulled even with Kerry as they both entered turn 3. That is when Rico's right rear made contact with Kerry. I would liken this to a bad slide job. Rico probably thought he could sneak by, just like a slide job, but definitely was not clear. The line was Kerry's entering turn 3.

Rico himself apologized. You can't take a still shot and PROVE whose fault it was b/c at speed, as you should know you have milliseconds to make a decision. Did Kerry run the same line, lap after lap?
This isn't stick and ball sports where you can difinitively state, he was out of bounds, or he touched the ball, his hand wasn't touching the ball before the clock went off.
I'm not sure why I'm even replying b/c based upon past posts, we like to beat dead animals around here.
