Well deserved IMO. 1 of central PA's all-time greats. Congrats Todd!

I could be wrong, but I believe now with Todd's inclusion into the National Sprint Car HoF, the top ten in all time wins at Williams Grove are in the HoF. Congrats Mr Excitement.

Congratulations Todd Shaffer. Since Todd is in then Jimmy Russell should be in easily. 90% of Todd's winning came with Jimmy turning the wrenches.
Jimmy was winning with Todd and without. He won with Barry Camp. Jimmy won Williams Grove and Selinsgrove titles and the 1987 Pabst title with Jimmy Nace. He won the Selinsgrove titles again 1994 thru 1996 with Jimmy Nace and Joey Borisch.
Since Todd got in based on soley a Pennsylvania career then Jimmy is a no brainer. I would put Jimmy in without Todd ever getting I think Jimmy is that good.
Can we stop with Todd drove for low dollar teams. The Turnbaugh/Camel Express #11 was far from low dollar. They had in 1991 7 Kriner engines and 3 complete cars. I should know I was at the shop many times buying tires. The Beam team was far from low dollar also. When a teams buys new cars and engines that is not low dollar. Even only one of each is very different than buying used.

I agree with you Jimmy Russell should get in I think he's the most underrated wrench ever in Pa. I didn't say they were low budget I said high dollar which your right they were a big team in Pa in the 90s but as time wore on it was taking a toll on Gary and Patti to keep up with the Hamilton's and the other teams in Pa but they hung in there.

I always enjoyed it when the Turnbaugh Oil Service #11 with those big ol' nerf bars would show up in Ohio back in the early 90's.
