Maybe cause that track sucks?

Been there once, never again

It was boring follow the leader, huggy bottom. PA Speedweek, maybe 10 or 11 years ago, early in Larson's career, driving somebody else's car... even he was slow

Well I am glad someone else on this board tells the truth.  Was there for the second time this year and both times were a mistake.  Half throttle, slick around the bottom 19 second lap times.  The ran quicker than that back in the late 80's.  Shame what that track surface has turned into.

Back in the day Hagerstown was second to none has struggled in the last decade or more as they dont even run on a regular basis but at least their doors are still open and a 4:30 heavy downpour sure didnt help matters I would think.

I remember the race revjim is talking about and there were a few like that a decade or so ago but most of the SW races at hagerstown have been good in recent years. 15.2 around a 1/2 mile isn't slow and it's a 1/2 (not 4/10). If anything it was too heavy from the rain last night as it didn't quite get wide enough or slick off much. Race would have been better though if Logan hadn't drawn the pole. It is what it is, nothing to complain about. Not every race is going to be a barn burner.
