Agreed! What a bush league call by the officials at Lincoln! He didn't jump the start as they could have watched the replay and clearly saw. He had to work to get by Haurtlaub. Then you wait 20 laps? What if the race had gone green? Just terrible! I guess the Lincoln officials didn't want a Port guy whooping up on their regulars.
